Based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley.

Customer and Business Services are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Finance Recovery Process Automation team.

You will have responsibility for the assessment, selection and optimisation of processes suitable for automation in relation to Finance Recovery activities and maintaining effective working relationships/partnerships with, Senior Management, stakeholders, partners and other council services in relation to Process Automation.It is essential that you have the ability to obtain formal accreditation as a process automation developer, through completion of mandatory training modules followed by an exam; experience of partnership working with external customers/ stakeholders and delivering outcomes; delivering services and process change in a process-driven environment; have demonstrable understanding of the importance of delivering value; Technical/ Operational working knowledge of a specific Council area and of a system/software package used by a Council Service for administration.

In addition, you must also have a positive attitude to change; effective communication, interpersonal, organisational & time management skills with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative; work to deadlines and quality standards; analyse and present management information and identify areas for own and team personal development.
