What is the role?
The ICT Service Advisor performs an internal Business Relationship Management (BRM) function between Council Service Leads and ICT. The role ensures ICT is aligned to the specific needs of Council's technology users, and facilitates effective access to ICT services and support when needed. The role of ICT Service Advisor is quite complex, merging functions of business analyst, technology specialist, programme manager, change manager, customer service specialist, solution architect and training skills advisor. The role is intended to be the trusted partner of Directorates, Service Leads and their teams for technology-related services and decisions.
Experience working within a Health & Social Care setting is desirable.

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 11, the hourly rate is from £21.55 to £22.89 and the annual salary is from £39,329 to £41,774.
