  • By using the site you indemnify and defend us against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses arising out of a breach of our terms and conditions.
  • Canongate Communications Limited accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs or personal details and expect employers to carry out appropriate verification procedures.
  • Canongate Communications Limited cannot guarantee or be liable in respect of the suitability of prospective candidates.
  • Canongate Communications Limited accept no responsibility or liability for the consequences of interruptions or delays.
  • Canongate Communications Limited accept no responsibility or liability for the identity of the jobseeker or whether they have the experience, training, professional qualifications or authorisation required by law hold the job advertised.
  • Canongate Communications Limited accept no responsibility or liability for criminal records checks if the jobseeker is to work with vulnerable persons or children.
