Argyll and Bute Council are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Senior IT Engineer to join our Server team. 

You will be an IT professional engaged in the design and support of server infrastructure supporting a large organisation.

The Council's operating environment consists of Microsoft, Linux and AiX servers located over two datacentres.

You should have experience of the installation and support of high quality server installations ensuring best value to service users.

The Council is seeking an experienced individual to join a dedicated and professional server team engaged in supporting every aspect of the Council's business.

You should take note of the requirements specified in the Job Description and Person Specification and include all necessary information when applying. 

This post can be based in either Lochgilphead or Helensburgh.
