We are looking to recruit a suitably experienced individual to the post of IT Technician within the IT Service. As an IT Technician you will be allocated to work primarily within First Line Support with options to work in any other technical team within IT and you will provide professional technician services supporting customers across Perth & Kinross Council.

The Individual

Candidates must be educated to HNC level in an appropriate discipline or have experience in a relevant professional ICT environment. This is a professional IT Technician role and as such the successful candidate must demonstrate experience of working in a Council/School environment, a detailed understanding, knowledge and experience of technical IT fault finding skills for a variety of IT equipment and software areas and a commitment to providing high quality customer focused services.
