We are seeking a suitably experienced professional to provide a range of transformation, programme / project; service development and business analysis support and services, this post will contribute significantly to the delivery of the Council’s Digital Strategy.
The duties includes leading / co-ordinating complex and challenging change initiatives for which a methodical approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy and a consistently high quality customer focus are required.

The successful candidate will have a creative, positive attitude to change; excellent analytical skills and an informed, professional approach. They will be able to demonstrate experience in successfully / effectively:
• building constructive working relationships with staff, managers, partners and peers; and participating in / leading multi-disciplinary groups.
• coordinating programme and project lifecycle activities (which is likely to include responsibility for planning, scheduling, risk management, change control and reporting)
• using analytical tools, techniques and approaches to gather, document, synthesize, organize and present evidence-based reports / recommendations
• communicating complex processes and issues including developing relevant documents to a high professional standard
• applying project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile
• identifying / managing benefits, risks, opportunities and impacts.
