What is the role?
To provide support for existing corporate applications while contributing to the digital transformation of South Ayrshire Council’s applications portfolio. To provide business analysis and recommendations for solutions to satisfy business requirements. To manage relationships with ICT service providers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the IMS and Finance team within ICT Services. Based in Ayr and under the direction of the IMS and Finance team leader the post holder will assist team members in the administration, support and configuration of core Council software systems, resolving service desk requests and enquiries and providing support and skills transfer to a range of Council employees as required. Experience of Oracle e-Business or Northgate's Revenues and Benefits system would be particularly desirable.

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 10, the hourly rate is from £18.49 to £19.64 and the annual salary is from £33,744 to £35,843.
